1. Insert Your Travel SIM
• Power OFF your phone
• Insert the VoicePing Travel SIM into the SIM tray
• Power ON your phone
It may take 1–3 minutes to detect the network on first use.
2. Turn OFF Data Roaming for Your Original (Home) SIM
(Prevents accidental roaming charges)
iPhone
Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data
• Select your Home SIM
• Toggle Data Roaming → OFF
Android
Settings → Network / SIM
• Select your Travel SIM
• Toggle Data Roaming → ON
• Select Mobile Network if needed (network list)
No extra charges, roaming is already included in your VoicePing Travel SIM.
4. Set VoicePing as Your Mobile Data SIM
Go to Cellular / SIM settings
Set Mobile Data → Travel SIM
(Optional but recommended) Turn OFF Allow Mobile Data Switching
5. Turn ON Mobile Data
• Ensure Mobile Data / Cellular Data → ON
• You should see 4G / LTE / 5G near the signal bars
If Mobile Internet is NOT working:
Manually configure the APN:
Settings → Mobile Network → Access Point Names (APN)
Add or edit an APN and enter: mobile.power3g
6. Enable Low Data Mode (Highly Recommended)
Helps your data last much longer.
iPhone
Settings → Cellular → Travel SIM
• Toggle Low Data Mode → ON
Android
Settings → Network → Data Saver
• Toggle ON
This reduces:
• Background app refresh
• Automatic app update
• Cloud sync usage
Smart Data-Saving Tips
Turn OFF App Store / Play Store auto-updates
Disable iCloud / Google Photos sync
Avoid hotspot unless necessary
Use Wi-Fi whenever available
If it Still Doesn’t Work (Quick Fix)
• Restart your phone
• Toggle Airplane Mode ON → OFF
• Wait 2–3 minutes for network registration
• Make sure roaming is ON for Travel SIM only
