Policies that apply to your account and use of this website.
These Terms of Service are a contract between you and SWT International Pte Ltd (referred to in these Terms of Service as “SWT”, “us”, “we” or “our”), the provider of the SWT International website and the services accessible from the SWT International website (which are collectively referred to in these Terms of Service as the “SWT Service”).
You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the SWT Service. In these Terms of Service, “you” refers both to you as an individual and to the entity you represent. If you violate any of these Terms of Service, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block access without notice.
Your Account
Eligibility. Your account must be registered by a human. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted. You must be at least 16 years old.
Registration Information. You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when registering. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
Password. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. SWT will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Restrictions. You may not use the SWT Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: spreading malware, interfering with security features, infringing intellectual property rights, harassment, or imperso
Payment, Refunds, and Billing
A valid payment method is required for paid accounts. All services are billed in advance according to our pricing schedule.
Non-Refundable Clause. All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a transaction, you agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
All fees exclude applicable taxes. You agree to pay any taxes applicable to your use of the SWT Service.
Fair Use Policy
The Unlimited 128kbps SIM plan is subject to a fair use limit of 3GB per month.
Excessive or continuous traffic above this limit may result in suspension or termination. We do a manual review on each over usage case. Other than the amount of data used, we also refer to the pattern of data and length of subscription.
Prohibited uses include CCTV streaming, video streaming, or other continuous high-bandwidth applications.
For such use cases, customers must purchase a 30GB high-speed plan.
We reserve the right to monitor usage and enforce this Fair Use Policy.
Violations and Termination
SWT reserves the right to investigate and take action against violations of these Terms. Accounts may be suspended or terminated if you breach these Terms. Terminated accounts will lose access to all data and services.
Modifications to Service and Prices
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SWT Service at any time with or without notice. Prices are subject to change, but reasonable effort will be made to provide notice of significant changes.
Intellectual Property and Content Ownershipp
You retain ownership of content you create or submit via the SWT Service. By using the Service, you grant SWT limited rights to use your content solely to provide the Service.
SWT trademarks and logos may not be used without our permission.
Account Accesss
In some cases, SWT employees may access your account to provide support or resolve technical issues. By requesting support, you grant temporary access for troubleshooting.
Indemnificationn
You agree to indemnify and hold SWT International Pte Ltd, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms
Disclaimerr
The SWT Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to SWT in the 90 days preceding the clai
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SWT International Pte Ltd.
